Welcome to My Campus Plug ("we," "our," "us," or "Company"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our e-commerce platform designed specifically for college students.
1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using My Campus Plug, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.

You represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

2. Service Description
2.1 Platform Overview
My Campus Plug is an e-commerce platform that provides college students with:
- • Online ordering of snacks, drinks, and essentials
- • Care packages and gift delivery
- • Campus delivery and pickup scheduling
- • Subscription services for regular deliveries
2.2 Service Availability
Our services are available exclusively to current Prairie View A&M University students. We reserve the right to verify student status and restrict access accordingly.
2.3 Service Modifications
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
3. User Accounts and Eligibility
3.1 Student Eligibility
To use My Campus Plug, you must:
- • Be a current, enrolled student at PVAMU
- • Comply with university policies
3.2 Account Creation
When creating an account, you must:
- • Provide accurate, current information
- • Maintain and update account information
- • Keep login credentials secure
- • Notify us of unauthorized access

4. Ordering and Payment Terms

- • Product images may not reflect exact appearance
- • Prices are subject to change without notice
- • Product availability is not guaranteed
- • We reserve the right to limit quantities
4.2 Order Process
When placing an order:

- • Order confirmation doesn't guarantee fulfillment
4.3 Payment Processing

5. Delivery and Pickup Policies

- • Delivery within specified timeframes
5.2 Delivery Locations
We deliver to:
- • Approved campus locations
- • Residence halls and dormitories
- • Designated pickup points
- • Other approved campus facilities
5.3 Pickup Requirements
For pickup orders:
- • Arrive during your scheduled pickup slot
- • Bring valid student ID for verification
- • Orders not picked up within 24 hours may be cancelled
- • Refunds for unclaimed orders subject to our refund policy
5.4 Delivery Timeframes
- • Standard delivery: 2-4 hours during business hours
- • Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees
- • Weather or other factors may cause delays
5.5 Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery fails due to:
- • Incorrect address or contact information
- • Unavailability at delivery location
- • Access restrictions
- • Other customer-related issues
You may be charged a redelivery fee or the order may be cancelled.
6. Refund and Cancellation Policies
6.1 Order Cancellation
- • Orders may be cancelled within 15 minutes of placement
- • After 15 minutes, cancellation is subject to our discretion
- • Orders in preparation or out for delivery cannot be cancelled
- • Cancelled orders will be refunded to the original payment method

You retain ownership of content you provide but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with our services.
8.4 Infringement Claims

9. Limitation of Liability

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11.5 Jurisdiction
Any legal actions not subject to arbitration will be brought in the state or federal courts of Texas.
